❓ What is New Game+?
New Game+ (also known as New Game+ Expo) is a digital showcase event hosted by Studio Z twice a year. With our tagline, “Levelling up the future of games,” our goal is to highlight indie studios and creators who might otherwise be overlooked in an industry often dominated by large publishers. We bring together developers from around the world to share trailers, world premieres, and special announcements—all while giving players new ways to discover and support fresh, creative games.
❓ How can I join New Game+ as a developer?
We’re always looking for innovative and exciting indie projects to showcase. Developers interested in participating should send an email to studioz_eng@outlook.com with details about their game (including trailers, screenshots, or builds if available). We also recommend signing up to our mailing list, Mail Z, as that’s where we share application forms and showcase invites first.
❓ When are the events held?
New Game+ is hosted twice a year:

Spring Event: March 19th

Autumn Event: September 19th (exact date may shift slightly year to year)
Both showcases are streamed online and are free to watch.
❓ Do you allow AI-generated content?
We believe in supporting the creativity and originality of human developers and artists. While we acknowledge that some studios may experiment with AI tools, we currently do not accept projects that rely primarily on AI-generated assets (such as art, writing, or music) without significant human involvement. New Game+ is about celebrating the passion and craft of indie creators, and we want to ensure the spotlight stays on their talent.
❓ Are there sponsorship opportunities?
Yes! At present, New Game+ is a self-funded event, but as we continue to grow, we are actively seeking sponsorship opportunities to support bigger showcases, improve production quality, and bring even more features to our community.
